За каждый товар оплату необходимо осуществить до
2 мая . - Этот товар является объектом налогообложения по Tennessee налогу с продаж, за исключением случаев, когда во время оформления сделки другому штату предоставляется доказательство об освобождении от налогообложения или декларация об общественном перевозчике.
- Платеж может быть осуществлен международным банковским переводом (рекомендуется) чеком или кредитной карточкой (когда полный платеж составляет $5000 или меньше).
- Ставки не могут быть отозваны и являются обязательными до 2 рабочих дней после окончания аукциона. Невозможность заплатить в полном объёме приведёт к штрафу.

Sites are MSHA regulated and anyone coming onsite must have proper PPE (Pants, Steel Toe Boots, Safety Glasses, Class 2 safety vest, Hard Hat). Buyers are responsible for loading out their purchased equipment with no help from site. Buyer MUST schedule pickup 48 hours in advance with Ritchie Bros/IronPlanet representative Jeff McGough (615-684-2117).
